Xsite - The Outpost Review Empty RE: Xsite - Out Post Review

The Outpost:- An abandoned RAF base, which has a large building with admin room, comms room, with quite a few hidden dark rooms. Torch is required.

The scenario inside was cqb but on short burst full auto, no sniper or support weapons allowed. Great bottle neck opportunities and stand off position, plenty of use for pyro grenades and flash bangs. Scenarios played were terminator, defend and attack but varied.

The outside whilst compact was used interestingly. Shame that they could not utilise full use of the fields but realised that it would be quite intensive.

I would thoroughly recommend going. I know I will. The other thing with the outpost is that

1. We could set up our on private training sessions if we get hold of 16 people
2. We can even camp out and have a night session as well
3. We can make use of the full land for private session
4. Best part THE PUB is a stones throw from the site

Just thought i'd add my penny's worth.
The guys of Xsite have done a superb job of turning an empty building into a very decent cqb site. Apparantly there's over 120 sheets of ply board already erected.
Its BFG heaven and because the walls and ceilings are so thick the noise is ear splitting
The problem with strike and light style pyro's is the enemy have far too much time to react and move, but if they break cover you get your chance.
Mark and I held back the enemy for ages in one of the games. I lost count of the amount of kills we got.
The outside could do with a little more work and expanding, but on the whole its a quality site.
Can't wait for the night games to start and the weekenders should be a real blast.
The pub is staggering distance which is handy and it serves damn fine pint of Grolsh.
